Why Stretching?
We all know how it feels to be tight and suffering from pain; in general, stretching can help increase your range of motion and flexibility.
Already an athlete? Or love to work out? Stretching also can reduce muscle and joint pain we sometimes get while working those muscles.
No one likes to have bad posture, so stretching can also help improve back strength and balance. Life is stressors are unpredictable; why not something does for you that will support your overall well-being and mental health.
